1.  Capture strategic Insights​

  • Effectively translate the Voice of Customer, Investors, Market, and Regulations (VoCIMR) into actionable requirements. This ensures alignment with expectations, forming a strong foundation for strategic decision-making.

2.  Drive Strategy and Business Model Development

  • Develop a comprehensive 3+ year plan addressing critical elements such as revenue projections, capacity planning, CAPEX investments, resourcing, product/service targets.

  • Incorporate an insource versus outsource manufacturing analysis to assess strategic opportunities and identify the most cost-effective and operationally efficient approach.

3.  Strategy Deployment (External Manufacturing)

  • Establish a robust external manufacturing process, defining clear governance structures, quality standards, and partner collaboration frameworks.

  • Document the Annual Operating Plan derived from the strategic plan (Year 1), ensuring objectives cascade through well-defined goals, KPIs, and communication strategies.

  • Execute the plan with a structured review cycle, enabling timely evaluations of progress and adaptability based on key success measures.
