Tiered Dashboards T.png

This graphic presents a tiered dashboard framework that seamlessly connects various organizational levels—spanning from departments to functional organizations, site-level operations, and ultimately to the global level. This system enables the following:

  1. Department Level: Focuses on individual departments like Procurement, Warehouse, and Quality Assurance Operations (QA OPS), each responsible for their respective metrics and functions.

  2. Functional Organization Level: Aggregates departmental data into broader organizational functions, such as the Supply Chain or Quality Assurance. These functions align activities across multiple departments for cohesive management.

  3. Site Level: At this level, there is both a Site Function-Specific Dashboard and an Overall Site Executive Dashboard, offering a tailored view of site performance metrics by function and an integrated scorecard.

  4. Global Level: Consolidates insights from all sites and functions into a Global Function-Specific Dashboard and a Global Executive Dashboard. These dashboards provide a top-tier perspective on the organization's overall health and performance.

Dashboards across all levels are tailorable to address specific organizational needs, ensuring alignment with both local objectives and overarching global strategies. They leverage real-time data to facilitate strategic decision-making and ensure that key performance areas—such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Financials, and Innovation—are continuously monitored and improved.
